Chris Hansen manhandles Mr. Met (seriously)

Following a recent Mets game at Shea Stadium, Christian Hansen of Gowanus, Brooklyn was seen roughing up the team's popular mascot, Mr. Met.  The bizarre incident came after the Mets 3-2 come-from-behind win against the Dodgers, making the situation all the more confusing. 

We can sympathize with his outburst though, nothing sparks a man's inner Carl Everett quite like a guy with an unusually large baseball head and a creepy, sexually satisfied grin -- especially if that man's name is Chris Hansen.

Sources say Hansen was trying to entrap Mr. Met with sweet tea and a dip in the hot tub.  Hansen's girlfriend however, denied her man had been in any confrontation involving Mr. Met.

"It's not true," she said. "Nothing ever happened with Mr. Met."

Whatever, that's what all the ladies are sayin'.
