NFL using extra hashmarks to make field look incredibly stupid

Because 24 hashmarks per every five yards is nothing short of a visual feast for the viewer.

Maybe the NFL is just contemplating a new format, instead of 1st and 10, it will be 1st and 50 hashmarks. Savvy shit.

Whatever it is, if anyone with common sense ever gets involved, the obvious choice would go back to a cleaner, more appealing look,  like this.
